C i t y s c a p e s Albert Hall Museum sits all lit-up and in full glory at dusk, in the middle of Ramniwas garden, Jaipur. This is one of the oldest museums in India. The building was designed by British architect Sir Swinton Jacob in 1886-87. Patterned on the design of Victoria and Albert Museum, London, it marked the visit of King Edward VII when he visited India as the Prince of Wales. Photo date: January 2006 |
