Kite lovers crowd an already crowded Haldiyon Ka Rasta in Johri Bazaar, Jaipur.
On January 14 every year on the occasion of Makar Sankranti (a harvest fesival), kites are flown in the state with great fervour. Young and old alike spend most of their time on terraces that day, flying kites or witnessing the fun. Haldiyon Ka Rasta is Jaipur's main kite market.
